Hello :)
I'm creating this thread to share some of the tools I have developed over the years working on android :)
The ones that I share here deal with:
  • deodexing full roms
  • deodexing single apk
  • decompiling apk and jar files
  • compiling apk and jar files
  • optimizing the PNG images inside a decompiled apk
  • zipaligning apk files
Provided is a ZIP file that you will need in order to install the tools which includes the tools itself in a tar file and setup.exe for those running windows that need to install cygwin in order to use any of the scripts here.

How to install?
That is easy :)

Linux/Mac:
  1. extract the fbin.tar.gz...
